About

A small, independent guide to running Copenhagen.

Copenhagen.run exists to answer one question well: I'm in Copenhagen with my running shoes. Where should I go, what's on, and who can I run with?

The answers used to be scattered across race websites, club Instagram accounts, Strava segments and advice from friends. We put them in one calm, fast place, in English, with a short Danish summary on every main page.

Editorial standards

Accuracy. Event dates and details are checked against the organiser's official website, and every event page shows when we last checked. Things change, so always confirm with the organiser before you travel or pay.

Routes. Route lines follow OpenStreetMap footpaths, and distances are measured from the GPX track. They are suggestions, not race courses: paths close, construction happens and the harbour moves on. Tell us when something has changed.

Independence. We are not affiliated with the City of Copenhagen or with any event organiser, club or store listed, unless we say so. We never handle registrations: those always happen on the organiser's own website.

Advertising. Copenhagen.run is free to use and funded by advertising and clearly labelled sponsored placements. Ads are always marked Advertisement and paid placements Sponsored. Advertisers cannot buy editorial coverage, route recommendations or changes to our guides. Read our advertising policy.

Corrections. Spotted a mistake, a changed schedule or a closed shop? Tell us and we will fix it.
