A friendly trail race on a 5 km forest loop in Hareskoven, run one, two or three times. The autumn round of a four-race seasonal series.
Hareskovens Triathlon Klub runs four trail races a year in Lille Hareskov near Værløse, one for each season. Every race uses the same 5 km forest loop, and you choose whether to run it once, twice or three times for 5, 10 or 15 km.
The series is aimed at both newcomers and experienced trail runners, and it is one of the easiest ways to try trail racing within reach of Copenhagen by S-train.
Registration
Registration is handled by the organiser, Hareskovens Triathlon Klub. Copenhagen.run is not the organiser of this event.
Visitor information
- Start at the sledging hill (Kælkebakken) on Skovlystvej, 3500 Værløse. Check the organiser's page for directions and parking.
- Mid-November in the forest is cold, wet and often muddy: trail shoes recommended.
- The 2027 dates had not been published when we last checked.
