Half marathon
Copenhagen Half Marathon
Sun 19 September 2027 · Start 09:30 · Fælledparken, Østerbro
One of the fastest half marathons in the world, with 45,000 places in 2027 and a single flat loop through the city. Entry is by lottery.
CPH Half has a reputation for world-class times: the course is a single flat loop and the crowds are loud from start to finish. In 2026 the race hosted the World Athletics Road Running Championships, and for 2027 the organisers have 45,000 places, which more than 100,000 runners entered the lottery for.
In recent editions the start has been on Jagtvej and the finish on Øster Allé by Fælledparken, with the course passing through Østerbro, the historic inner city, Vesterbro, Frederiksberg and Nørrebro. Check the official site for the 2027 course and timetable.
